Outreach Lead
Lead Fabric Health’s Outreach Team—And Roll Up Your Sleeves Alongside Them
This role requires active outreach and includes mandatory weekend work as the shift is Friday-Tuesday.
Are you a natural leader who thrives in the field, loves connecting with people, and wants to make a difference right where it matters most? Fabric Health is looking for a hands-on Outreach Team Lead to not only guide and support our outreach team—but to personally lead by example through direct outreach in laundromats.
About Fabric Health
Fabric Health was founded in 2021 to make healthcare and public benefits more accessible—by meeting families in laundromats. Our innovative approach has been featured in Fast Company, Forbes, and The Washington Post, highlighting how we turn waiting time into meaningful connections that help families navigate essential services.
About the Role
The Outreach Team Lead is responsible for guiding and supporting our Outreach team, ensuring daily operations run smoothly, and leading outreach efforts inside laundromats. This role blends hands-on outreach, team management, and strategic oversight to maintain high standards of service and impact.
This is not a desk job—our Outreach Team Lead will split their time between direct outreach and team leadership, engaging with community members and ensuring their team is equipped, supported, and motivated to do the same.
If you’re not excited to do outreach yourself, this isn’t the right role. We’re looking for someone who’s ready to be in laundromats, building trust, and modeling best practices alongside their team.

Engage families, connect them to vital services, and show the team how it’s done.
Use your own experiences in the field to better coach, support, and understand your team’s needs.
Recruit, Onboard, and Train Team Members
- Conduct interviews and collaborate with HR to hire top talent.
- Lead onboarding sessions, ensuring new hires are equipped with the right training and tools.
