Regional Partnerships & Operations Lead
Regional Partnerships & Operations Lead
This role is for someone who wants to own a market.
As the Regional Partnerships & Operations Lead, you’ll lead the Illinois Fabric Health market — accountable for building the right partnerships, driving adoption, and ensuring strong on-the-ground execution. Early on, your focus will be partnerships: getting out into the community, earning trust, and standing up a healthy partner ecosystem. Over time, the role expands into broader operational ownership, with responsibility for how the market performs day to day.
This is a high-autonomy role for a strong generalist who can build relationships, operate with discipline, and take accountability for outcomes.
About Fabric Health
Fabric Health partners with families in trusted community spaces to help them access healthcare and public benefits. Since 2021, we’ve supported tens of thousands of families and have been recognized for our impact-driven model. Our success depends on deep local relationships and strong market-level ownership.
What You’ll Own
You are responsible for the overall success of your market, including:
- Building and managing a portfolio of high-impact community and nonprofit partners
- Ensuring partners understand, trust, and actively use Fabric Health’s services
- Identifying and fixing what’s working, what’s breaking down, and where to intervene
- Driving Fabric member registrations, engagement, and service delivery
At the start, this role is partnership-heavy: sourcing, pitching, onboarding, and nurturing the right organizations. As the market matures, you’ll increasingly operate as the day-to-day owner of market performance, improving processes, flagging risks, and strengthening execution.
Who This Role Is For
This role is a strong fit for someone who:
- Thinks like an owner and feels accountable for outcomes
- Is energized by community-facing work and relationship-building - this role requires being in the community, attending events, on-site visits, etc.
- Can zoom out to assess market health and zoom in to fix operational gaps
- Is comfortable with ambiguity and building structure
- Brings both strong people skills and operational judgment
You may come from partnerships, operations, community engagement, account management, consulting, or another generalist role where you navigated ambiguity and owned results across multiple moving parts.
