Position Summary
The Fabric Member Support Manager oversees our remote back office team that follows up with families, submits documents, schedules appointments, and keeps cases moving. This role ensures our workflows run smoothly and families receive timely, accurate support with Medicaid, SNAP, and other public benefits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of the Fabric Member Support team
  • Supervise a team handling outbound follow-up, document collection, application support, and case tracking
  • Set clear goals and ensure the team meets productivity, quality, and service expectations
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and performance tracking tools
  • Collaborate with outreach and enrollment teams to support seamless family experiences
  • Own hiring, onboarding, training, and coaching of team members
  • Resolve escalated or complex member cases when needed
     

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience managing call center, back office, or support operations
  • Strong team leadership and coaching skills
  • Familiarity with Medicaid or public benefits systems is a plus
  • Proficiency with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Zendesk, and CRMs (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Organized, communicative, and proactive problem solver
  • Spanish proficiency strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with Medicaid or public benefits systems is a plus but not required
  • Applicants must reside in TX, PA, MD, NJ, DC, or NC

Compensation:
$55,000–$70,000 annually, based on experience
